Drug Free Work Enviroment
Federal Law mandates an adherence to a drug free workplace
for students and staff. All staff and students will be subject to random drug tests.
Any fighting on United Welding Institute grounds will result in
immediate termination from the institute.
To enroll at United Welding Institute, student must have graduated from high school or have a G.E.D.
Must have good eyesight (natural or corrected) and must go
through interview with president of the Institute.
There is no credit given for previous education, training or work
Return of Funds
If any student cancels the enrollment agreement within 72 hours of signing the enrollment agreement, the registration fee not exceeding $100 will be kept by United Welding Institute. All paid tuition, gear fees, and insurance money shall be refunded.
A student who quits training after starting but before 25% of course has been completed, the institution shall retain a pro rated amount of fees and tuition.
A student quitting training after finishing 25% but not 50% of the course, the institution shall retain 50% of tuition fees
A student quitting training after finishing 50% but not 75%
of course, the institution shall retain 75% of tuition
A student quitting training after finishing 75% of course,
the institution shall retain 100% of tuition and fees.
